Who should take this course?
Apnea is to internalize in oneself, discipline and control. If you want to enter the sea with your own means and as long as your breathing allows, then relaxation is for you. Take the PADI course Freediver is the first step towards discovering why apnea is becoming a popular way to explore the ocean.
To enroll in a PADI Freediver course you must be over 15 years old. Know how to swim and a medical certificate. No previous experience with diving, diving or relaxation is required.
What will you learn?
The PADI Freediver course consists of three main phases:
Knowledge development where the physiology of apnea, physical, breathing techniques, pressure and compensation, disciplines, safety and rescue, material and relaxation will be explained.
Confined water session to learn breathing techniques as well as static and dynamic apnea.
The objectives are - static apnea of 90 seconds and dynamic apnea of 25 meters / 80 feet.
Two sessions of open water to practice free immersion and constant weight, in addition to procedures suitable for peers. Target - constant weight from 10 meters to 16 meters.
